Austin, Texas (January 22, 2020) – FlashParking, the leader in parking technology, today announced the hiring of industry veteran Jonathan Evens as its Regional Vice President for the Central Region. As part of Evens’ new position at FlashParking, he will build out and manage a team that serves the South and Midwest states regions. Evens will leverage more than a decade of parking experience to nurture relationships with key customer accounts and introduce them to FlashParking’s Mobility Hub Operating System. Evens comes to FlashParking from Evens Time, a well-respected parking technology reseller in Indianapolis, after serving as vice president of sales for 13 years. During his tenure at Evens Time, he quadrupled the company’s territory and helped the company grow the breadth of services offered to its core customer base. Evens has years of experience selling PARCS (Amano McGann, WPS), access control (Magnetic), and other parking technologies, like high-speed pedestrian and vehicle doors (FAAC and Rytec), to his Midwest customer base, who’ve come to trust his value-added selling approach. “In order to aggressively capture the market share that we have in our line of sight, adding industry parking veterans that are venerable and trusted, like Jonathan Evens, is absolutely critical to our success,” said Alan Poulton, EVP of Sales of FlashParking. “Spanning from Texas all the way up to Michigan, Evens will spearhead Flash’s central US strategic sales.
