Access to Future-ready Technology for Current CSI Customers Accelerates FlashParking’s Market Reach in Northeast
AUSTIN, Texas, July 6, 2020 – FlashParking, the leader in 21st-century parking mobility technology, announced it has completed the acquisition of the Parking Division of Control Systems Incorporated (CSI), a Connecticut based company that served over 1,600 customers over the last 30 years. The deal expands FlashParking’s customer base in the Northeast and provides CSI customers access to reliable, future-ready technology that diversifies revenue and helps operations thrive in today’s rapidly evolving mobility landscape.
“CSI has focused on delivering the highest caliber parking management services to our valued customers. Over time, we have evolved our service offerings to ensure our customers have the best and most reliable technology at their fingertips,” said Barry Lazowski (CSI COO and founder). “The next step in that evolution for CSI and our customers is joining FlashParking which offers the most advanced parking technology on the market today.”
The CSI founder added, “Under the FlashParking umbrella, our customers will be cared for with the same high level of service, integrity, and accountability they are accustomed to, while gaining access to FlashParking’s innovative parking and mobility platform.” CSI will retain its maintenance business to support customers with legacy Tiba, Designa, or 3M/Federal PARCS equipment, while the rest of the CSI team will join FlashParking.
The acquisition supports FlashParking’s mission to deliver 21st-century mobility technology and comprehensive parking services powered by FlashOS, the industry’s only mobility hub operating system, to a well-established customer-base that already expects the best.
“We are bullish about serving the 1,600 CSI customers with industry-leading innovative solutions, from our evergreen delivery system with a lifetime warranty and upgrades to our touchless FlashMotion access and entry, which transforms their operations from isolated parking assets to revenue-generating connected mobility hubs,” reinforced FlashParking’s CEO, Dan Sharplin. “CSI is the first of future strategic acquisitions. We are excited about shifting the paradigm and establishing a new model to drive growth.”
With triple-digit year-over-year growth for several years running, FlashParking is driving the transformation of the parking industry with its cloud-built parking platform. The new customer base will have the opportunity to optimize from legacy operations, gain real-time visibility, and connect to the smart city through FlashParking’s suite of enhanced 21st-century parking tools, robust business intelligence engine, and partnerships in the logistics, transportation, and mobility ecosystems.
