FlashParking Sales Managers Chris Munoz and Jose Morales Honored as Parking Industry’s Most Influential Young Professionals
The National Parking Association Announces its 2019 40 Under 40 class
Austin, TX, August 13, 2019 – FlashParking is proud to announce that two of our sales managers, Chris Munoz and Jose Morales, received the notable honor of being named to National Parking Association’s (NPA) annual list of “40 Under 40” parking professionals; the list honors young professionals and up-and-coming leaders in the parking industry. Mr. Munoz and Mr. Morales will be inducted into the 2019 “40 Under 40” class at NPA’s 2019 Convention and Expo, October 21 – 24, at Loew’s Sapphire Falls, in Orlando, Florida.
Chris Munoz has been a driving force in the parking industry since 2017. As one of FlashParking’s original regional managers, he has been a hardworking inspiration to some of the industry’s most influential thinkers since 2017. Exemplifying the positive attitude and strength of motivation that FlashParking strives to instill in all its team members, Mr. Munoz has proven to be highly adept at shepherding parking professionals in their journey through the mobility revolution. One of Mr. Munoz’s greatest strengths is understanding that the sales relationship does not end at that purchase point and makes this evident in his consistent pursuit of excellence and customer satisfaction, which has resulted in an incredibly high rate of customer retention and repeat clients.
“Chris embodies every core value that FlashParking was built on,” said Richard Berlanga, VP of Sales of FlashParking. “It has been a true pleasure getting to work alongside Chris, he is a very passionate individual and that light shines bright with his customers.”
Jose Morales began his career in the parking industry as an operator, gaining valuable insights into the motivations, challenges, and desired outcomes of this unique segment. His depth of understanding of the factors that are driving change and success in the industry is evident in Mr. Morales’ pursuit of educational partnerships that will help architects, consultants, general contractors, and asset owners to evolve into the future of mobility. For example, Mr. Morales was instrumental in designing a course on driving industry factors and the importance of PCI compliance. This course enabled FlashParking to earn accreditation as an AIA continuous education provider and work with firms like Stantec in Miami, International Parking Design in Los Angeles, and Duda Paine in North Carolina.
“Jose has played an instrumental role in the growth of Flash Parking’s relationship base with contractors, consultants, and architects,” said Damon Kessler, VP of Strategic Projects. “His enthusiasm and knowledge are refreshing, and we couldn’t be happier that he’s part of the FlashParking team.”
Undoubtedly the continued success and rapid growth of FlashParking can be attributed to leaders like Mr. Munoz and Mr. Morales, whose leadership, strong work ethic, and commitment to serving their customers make them invaluable members of the parking industry.
